The World Association for Research on Workplace Mobbing is organized exclusively for educational, scientific, and literary charitable purposes. Our primary mission is to advance public understanding and improve workplace environments by addressing workplace mobbing and related issues, broadly defined as patterns of hostile behavior within organizations that negatively impact individuals’ mental health, professional standing, and well-being.

The World Association for Research on Workplace Mobbing is incorporated in NY, USA as a Not-for-Profit corporation.
